Our app will help you track gym personal records, track your steps and heart rate through your apple watch, create habit-building streaks, and so much more. Your coach will be able to look over all of your information and help make weekly or monthly adjustments.
Once you begin training with one of our amazing coaches, you will be sent an individualized program through our app. In the app, you will be able to follow your workout, track your weights, and have access to demonstration videos.
Since nutrition is one of the most important factors when it comes to living a #BetterLife, you will receive a fully customized diet with different tasty recipes.
